Terms and conditions

1. Booking and conclusion of the contract

The booking, and therefore the contract, is made with your booking confirmation to Velker SA and the rights and obligations deriving from the contract, as well as these booking conditions, come into force.
With your payment you acknowledge the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the confirmation of
reservation. Special requests or verbal promises must be confirmed in writing.

2. Prices / Additional costs / Registration fee

The published prices are intended as rental prices for the entire leased object. In principle, the ancillary costs (eg.
final cleaning, linen, tourist taxes, etc.) are not included in this price and must be paid separately on site,
generally in cash and in the local currency. Depending on the object, any security is required.
The deposit is refunded upon departure, provided that no damage has been caused to the rented object.

3. Payments

A deposit of 30% of the total must be paid at the latest 10 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid within 42 days before the start of the stay.
If the deposit is not paid within the established terms, Velker SA can freely dispose of the object in question again.
If the reservation is made from 0 to 42 days before the start of
stay, the entire sum must be paid immediately after receiving the booking confirmation.

4. Number of people

The rented object can only be occupied by the maximum number of people indicated by the customer at the time of booking (children
included). Velker SA has the right to reject excess occupants.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

6. Duration of the lease

The minimum duration of the lease is variable according to the season, in case of availability it is possible to extend your stay for a fee

7. Liability of the tenant

The tenant undertakes both to treat the leased object and its inventory with care, and to abide by the house rules. They
also undertakes to answer for any damage caused by the fault of him or his guests. Any damage must be announced
immediately, but at the latest on the occasion of the return of the object. Any defects found after departure can be contested
subsequently to the tenant, as long as his responsibility can be demonstrated.

8. Complaints

Deficiencies that cannot be remedied on the spot must be reported to Velker SA within 48 hours of the start of the lease.
Complaints and claims for price reduction / compensation made subsequently against Velker SA or third parties will no longer be considered valid.

9. Events beyond the sphere of action of Velker SA

Velker SA declines any responsibility for events beyond the sphere of action of Velker SA (eg natural disasters, strikes,
political unrest, power failure, poor water supply, blocked access roads, increased noise due to
construction sites, etc.). In the presence of events of this kind, the tenant has the right neither to terminate the contract, nor to demand a
reduction of the rental price or compensation.

10. Liability of Velker SA

If due to unforeseeable or unavoidable events (eg fire, water damage, etc.) the leased object should not be
available, Velker SA reserves the right to make an equivalent object available to the customer, or to dissolve the contract
by fully reimbursing the amount paid. If the tenant suffers damage attributable to a culpable breach of contract by the party
of Velker SA, the latter is liable for the damage in question. However, compensation claims can only be made up to
competition with the agreed rental price. Velker SA declines any responsibility for damages (accidents, loss, theft, etc.)
or the negligence of third parties.

11. Cancellation / modification of the reservation

Cancellations and changes to reservations must be communicated in writing.
Telephone communications must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation fees:
booking up to 90 days before the start of the stay CHF 80-
from 89 to 60 days before the start of the stay CHF 80- and 10% of the rental price
from 59 to 45 days before the start of the stay CHF 80- and 30% of the rental price
from 44 to 7 days before the start of the stay CHF 80.- and 90% of the rental price
6 to 0 days before
