INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Residenzavivian.ch is a free site open to all.

However, it may limit access to some services by registering users’ personal data. The insertion of such data and the consent to their treatment are essential for the use of the services. The requested data may be necessary for the provision of the service or may also be used for information or commercial messages, sent to the user via e-mail by the site manager; this specific use is expressly indicated at the time of the request for consent.

Data collection

Sensitive data – At the time of registration, or in subsequent phases, some information (photograph or video) that users optionally provide may, under their own responsibility, reveal their nationality, ethnicity, religious or political faith, sexual orientations. By providing this optional information, the user expresses his intention and explicitly consents to the processing of such “sensitive” data by the site manager. DATA PROCESSING

Owner – owner of the data collected on the pages of this site, unless otherwise indicated, is Velker SA responsible for data processing

Treatment – Velker SA processes the personal data. The treatment is based on the principles of lawfulness and transparency and the protection of the privacy and rights of the user. For the processing of such data, the Manager may appoint titled companies in the manner prescribed by the privacy legislation.

Transfer – if it is expressly indicated in subscribing to a service and accepted with consent, the data may be communicated and transferred to parent companies, subsidiaries, associates and / or investee companies of Velker SA, or to third-party companies, based in Italy and abroad (EEC countries) and operating in the commercial and production sectors of goods and services of various kinds, which will be able to process them only for purposes identical to those for which they were collected.

Verification – the user can request a verification of the personal data contained in the site database at any time, by sending an email to info@velker.ch which must contain the registration data (username, password) in order to allow the control.

Revocation – the user can revoke at any time the authorization granted by him to the processing of his personal data via e-mail to the address info@velker.ch indicating the service to which he is registered and all the details of the registration itself (name user, password), so that you can proceed with the cancellation.

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

the logic applied in the treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative
of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
