The apartment, classified with 4 stars by the Swiss Tourism Federation, is located on the 5th floor of the Vivian Residence and enjoys an exceptional location. In addition to being in the center of Locarno, thanks to its privileged position, it boasts a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore up to the entire Magadino plain and the beautiful mountains of Ticino.

We open the door and find ourselves in the bright living room, on our right we have two spacious built-in wardrobes and a guest bathroom.

The living room, with a large sofa and armchairs, features a latest generation maxi-screen smart TV and a Swisscom Wi-Fi internet connection for moments of relaxation or for those who want to stay active at work. On the right we find the dining table, from which you can have lunch and dinner enjoying the beautiful panorama that inspires us from every corner, on the spacious terrace you will have deckchairs / sofa and another table to eat directly outside "on the lake. ", from here the view will never tire you, thanks to the light changes of climate every day and every hour you will always have something new to see.

The modern kitchen is richly equipped, has plates and cutlery, pans and pots, glasses, in short, a little bit of everything a complete kitchen should have, let's not forget that even from this angle the view will not leave you.
