The 4-star apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Vivian Residence, which enjoys an exceptional location. In addition to being in the center of Locarno, thanks to its privileged position, it boasts a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore up to the entire Magadino plain and the beautiful mountains of Ticino.

The apartment:
We open the door and find ourselves in the bright living room, on our right we have two spacious built-in wardrobes, and on the left a bathroom with shower.
The living room, with sofa and armchair, offers the latest generation TV and a Wi-Fi internet connection for moments of relaxation or for those who want to stay active at work. A little further to the right we find the dining table, from which you can look through the bedroom with the two single beds and directly outside the window to enjoy the beautiful panorama that inspires us from every angle.
A few steps further back we find the kitchen, some of which have plates and cutlery, pans and pots, glasses, in short, a bit of everything a complete kitchen should have, let's not forget that even from this angle the view will not leave you. Obviously there is no shortage of dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Attached is a closet with washing machine and dryer completely available to guests, you will also find a drying rack, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and dustpan
On the other side of the living room there is the second bedroom, with a double bed and a spacious bathroom directly attached to it with a bathtub.
Each room has a French window that leads directly onto the spacious terrace where you will have a table for dining outside and some deckchairs / sofa, from here the view will never tire you, thanks to the light changes of climate every day and every hour you will always have something new to see.
