The 4-star apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Vivian Residence, which enjoys an exceptional location. In addition to being in the center of Locarno, thanks to its privileged position, it boasts a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore up to the entire Magadino plain and the beautiful mountains of Ticino.

The apartment:
We open the door and we have a long corridor that leads us directly into the living room with a comfortable and large sofa with a peninsula
In the living room there is a latest generation TV and a Wi-Fi internet connection and Swisscom TV channels, for moments of relaxation or for those who want to stay active at work.
A few steps further back we find the kitchen which has plates and cutlery, pans and pots, glasses, in short, a bit of everything that a complete kitchen should have.
Obviously there is no shortage of dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Attached is a closet with washing machine and dryer completely available to guests, you will also find a drying rack, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and dustpan
In the sleeping area there is a double bed and a bathroom with bidet and bathtub.
