The recently built building has a modern architecture, with spacious, bright and comfortable apartments that make it unique in the Locarno area.
The Vivian Residence is an eco-friendly building, the heating and cooling of all our apartments, as well as the production of hot water, are possible thanks to the use of solar panels and an electric heat pump that directly uses the water from the lake in front
Furthermore, the Palace was built with natural and high quality materials, such as marble and granite.

Residenza Vivian is located a few minutes walk from the Piazza Grande, which is the center of locarno.
For short trips you will find everything nearby: the Old Town, the port, the Casino, the Lido di Locarno, tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, markets and supermarkets, Cardada and Madonna del Sasso, woods, cycle paths and, a few minutes by car, Ascona which is also reachable with a nice walk.
The SBB Railways can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
